Selecting Design Center Options

What kind of front door do you have in mind? Do you want a bull-nose landing on your staircase? What color marble should the family room fireplace surround be? For that matter, which mantle, door and grill do you want for the fireplace?

Why is it best to install eyeball lighting in cathedral ceilings, and what does eyeball lighting look like, anyway? Do you want a built in central vacuum system?

How about a home automation system that can provide security, temperature, lighting, and audio control for comfort, convenience, and safety?

Mind-boggling? Not when the home buyer has selected a Schaeffer Family Home and takes advantage of our award winning Design Center and the services of the center’s associate. All the selections, options and upgrades are here for you to see, the way they would really look in your new home.

Throughout the approximately 3,000 square foot Design Center virtually all of the components that make up a home are on display, from lighting fixtures to roofing samples, faucet selections, and even counter top selections. It’s “one stop” shopping designed to make the new home selection process as enjoyable and easy as possible.

From Northern NJ & NY:

Take the NJ Turnpike/ I-95 South. Get off at Exit 4 (Rt. 73). Follow signs for 73S. Continue on 73S for several miles. Once you enter Berlin you will come to a light at Franklin Ave. (Wawa on right). Go straight thru that light. Make your first left onto D'Angelo Dr. (Wal-Mart will be on your right after you turn). Follow D'Angelo to the stop sign and make a right (Bradford Blvd.). At the end of the road you will see the entrance to our parking lot straight ahead. Once you are in our parking lot, we are the building on your left with our Tim Schaeffer logo.

From Philadelphia:

Take the Walt Whitman Bridge into NJ. Follow signs for 295N (Trenton). Take 295N to Exit 36A (73S/ Berlin). You will be on 73S for several miles. Once you enter Berlin you will come to a light at Franklin Ave. (Wawa on right). Go straight thru that light. Make your first left onto D'Angelo Dr. (Wal-Mart will be on your right after you turn). Follow D'Angelo to the stop sign and make a right (Bradford Blvd.). At the end of the road you will see the entrance to our parking lot straight ahead. From Atlantic City:

Take the AC Expressway West (toward Philadelphia) to Exit 31 (Route 73N). You will travel on 73N 10-15 miles. When you come to the Berlin Circle follow stay on 73N. After the first light, make a right onto D'Angelo Dr. ( Wal-Mart on your right). Go to the stop sign and make a right onto Bradford Blvd. At the end of the road you will see the entrance to our parking lot straight ahead. Once you are in our parking lot, we are the building on your left with our Tim Schaeffer logo.

From Delaware:

Take I-95 North to the Delaware Memorial Bridge towards NJ. Once in NJ follow signs for the NJ Turnpike North. Take the Turnpike North to Exit 4 (Route 73). Follow signs for 73S.
