At Home with Tim Schaeffer Communities Winter/ Spring 2007
All the indicators in the housing market are strong. Interest rates are favorable, there is an excellent selection of homes and consumer confidence is on the rise. There has never been a better time to buy a new home!! (And there is never a bad time to make an investment in real estate- one of the safest and most profitable investments you can make!)
In today's competitive housing market special incentive programs abound. When evaluating special offers, keep in mind that the important thing is adding value to the home. Cars and trips and other "luxury goods" may look appealing but it's what adds to your comfort and enjoyment in your home...and to its resale value in the future that should be the focus of your purchase direction.
So don't put your dreams on hold...give the new year a good start by investigating the homeownership opportunity that is right for you...right now!!

Tim Schaeffer Communities participated this year in the Multiple Sclerosis 150 mile bike ride. Our company matched contributions from individual donors to raise just under $5,000 to help fight MS.
At Home with Tim Schaeffer Communities Winter/ Spring 2007
This past summer all staff members and sales centers in our company collected donations to participate in "Operation Shoebox", a project of the Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS ®. The project collected more than $4,000 worth of personal "care package" items to be sent to our troops overseas. The collection drive culminated in an evening aboard the USS New Jersey, where donated items were delivered to Operation Shoebox personnel who will pack and ship them.

On June 19, 2005 five sons celebrated Father's Day with five prominent builders. Nurtured by their father's strong work ethic and passion for the business, the story each son tells will reveal how these fathers and sons came to appreciate each other through respect, honor, and perseverance.
After hearing about the collapse of a kennel ceiling during Hurricane Isobel, we decided to lend a hand to the Animal Adoption Center in Lindenwold. A committee of volunteers was formed by the employees of Tim Schaeffer Communities, the property was evaluated and Phase I of the Shelter From the Storm renovation project was completed. Many thanks to all of our employees, vendors and subs for their fantastic support!
Other area businesses have also gotten involved and the scope of the project has grown to encompass complete renovations to this aging and outdated facility.
More volunteers are needed! The Center needs everything from skilled labor to people who can transport and care for animals during projects. Catering donations to feed volunteers on work weekends are also needed.
