We at Schaeffer Family Homes would like to congratulate you on the purchase of your new home. Your home was built to high standards with superior workmanship and quality products. We at Schaeffer Family Homes pride ourselves in providing comprehensive Warranty Service, Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction.
When you purchase from Schaeffer Family Homes, your home is enrolled in an insurance-backed Ten (10) Year New Home Limited Warranty provided by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation. You will have the peace of mind knowing Schaeffer Family Homes has a commitment to you, our homeowner. We stand behind our reputation as a home builder of integrity and as a member of Quality Builders Warranty, impressively celebrating their 25th anniversary. An overview of the warranty guidelines are outlined below:
The First Year
The builder warrants the home against specified defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with QBW’s warranty standards, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.
The Second Year
The builder warrants the home against specified defects in the wiring, piping and duct work, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.
The Third through Tenth Years
Should any major structural defect (as defined by the warranty) occur during this period, QBW will replace, repair or pay the reasonable cost of the repair or replacement, through its insurer.
