As one of our sales specialists, Ashley’s positivity shines through in everything she does, and we can’t wait for you to experience her incredible energy.

Anyone who’s ever met Ashley can instantly sense her kind, caring heart, so it comes as no surprise that prior to joining the Schaeffer family, Ashley worked as a medical assistant as well as a coordinator for a non-profit that helps illness/injury patients coordinate fundraisers. With a lifelong passion for helping others, there’s no one who embodies our mission better than Ashley.

When it comes to her role, Ashley says that she’s most grateful for the supportive work environment that inspires her every day. “Everyone that works for Schaeffer really loves their job, and therefore, goes above and beyond for customers,” Ashley says. “It’s exciting to be part of a family-owned business where you’re able to get to know your customers and help them build their dream homes!”

Before coming into work every morning, Ashley particularly looks forward to learning something new. Whether it be something about the homebuilding process or products on the market (or advice from a colleague!), Ashley is always open to new knowledge and experiences so she can continue to provide the best service possible.

Outside of the office, Ashley is most likely hanging out with her friends and family, and exploring the diverse food scene in Philadelphia. She also loves to spend quality time with her two beautiful rescue dogs, and fosters dogs whenever she can (see, we told you she has a huge heart!)
