Schaeffer Family Homes was excited to hold their first Meet Your Neighbor event in Four Seasons at Millville. Last Saturday, 60 residents, future homeowners, and guests gathered at the community clubhouse for fun, food, and music. The event was the first of many we will be holding to allow new and current residents the opportunity to meet and greet one another. We also invited people who have visited our sales center and Jaxon model for a chance to talk to their potential neighbors, ask questions, and see the beautiful clubhouse used for a social gathering.
Music was provided by the Great Randini and food was supplied by Millville’s own Deli Plus. As more and more guests arrived, many engaged in line dancing and karaoke too. The weekend also marked the official opening of the community’s pool for the summer. Many residents headed out to the pool for a dip after the party wrapped up.
The gathering also enabled homeowners to “Meet the Builder.” Jason Schaeffer attended the party to speak to residents and future homeowners about our building timeline and future plans. We are so excited for construction to begin in Four Seasons and this was the perfect opportunity to let everyone know.
As more New homeowners come on board, plans for another party are already in the works. Check back to our blog for details on the next Meet your Neighbor event. For more information about our Four Seasons community, visit our website or call Alexis at 856-208-5118.
